You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

Shipping
FREE Shipping to U.S. Mainland addresses only. Unfortunately, we do not offer free shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico or Guam. However we do ship to those locations, and the freight will be paid by you based on the specific address.
When you place an order, we will submit the order to be processed and shipped within 2 business days. Weekends and holidays are excluded. Shipping time may vary due to your requested delivery location. Usually it is 3-5 days. Remote areas may take 5-7 days.
Most items are shipped through FedEx, USPS and UPS. And you will receive a shipping update email containing a tracking number.

very good for small kitchen
Our previous stove was a ceramic glass gas stove and we liked it because it was easy to clean. But it accidentally broke while cleaning, so we opted for another stainless steel cooktop.
My wife and I both cook and host many large parties and both work in the service industry and always look for quality and durability. We were hesitant to purchase a stainless steel stove, but are very happy with this unit. I was concerned that KOXKING might not be able to meet our needs, but I was wrong. Very easy to use and the quality stainless steel top is much easier to clean than the ceramic top. It is now the centerpiece of our newly renovated chef's kitchen.

Looks nice!
This 2 burner cooktop was a perfect choice for our kitchenette. We had some issues with the flame height on the large back burner, but support tried to help. It looks nice. My husband is going to use it and try to figure out the flame issue in the meantime. Instructions could be better.
