You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
Shipping
FREE Shipping to U.S. Mainland addresses only. Unfortunately, we do not offer free shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico or Guam. However we do ship to those locations, and the freight will be paid by you based on the specific address.
When you place an order, we will submit the order to be processed and shipped within 2 business days. Weekends and holidays are excluded. Shipping time may vary due to your requested delivery location. Usually it is 3-5 days. Remote areas may take 5-7 days.
Most items are shipped through FedEx, USPS and UPS. And you will receive a shipping update email containing a tracking number.

Very happy with this sink
We purchased this sink as a secondary dish drain sink for our kitchen remodel and were very happy with it. It is deep enough and wide enough for the dish rack and the color looks great too. The quality of the metal is good. The reason I gave it 4 stars is because it didn’t come with and fasteners that go underneath to connect it to the countertop. I didn’t contact the company because my husband just made some. I would buy it again and would recommend
